Black and decker coffee maker review – What’s good in 2015?

Personally, when the brand name “Black & Decker” pops up somewhere, all that comes to mind is the extremely heavy duty of their tools. Lot of people are looking for a couple Black and Decker coffee maker review. I have lots of power tools from these guys, and once I found out they were also making coffee machines I was pretty thrilled – after all, I have been always satisfied with their other products.

What they offer this 2015 is a powered up coffee maker line, which specializes exclusively in brewing cups of joe just the way they should be. Here are the best products this year:

Black and Decker CM3005S 12-Cup Tea and Coffeemaker

Black and Decker drip coffee makerBlack and Decker CM3005S 12-Cup Tea and Coffeemaker is designed be tough and appear elegant: within its rectangular shape it contains the control panel, the filters, and a well-protected carafe. The whole package includes two different permanent filters, one for coffee grounds and the other for tea leaves – which can easily be interchanged depending on the chosen hot beverage.

The control panel features the options one may choose before brewing – and by far the one I liked the most was the “1-4 cup” option, which allows the machine to concentrate a stronger and more aromatic coffee, but fills less mugs. If there are a lot of people around though, the machine can easily brew a regular coffee for up to 12 people – and you can adjust the strength by using the appropriate button. This coffee brewer also has an LCD screen which, apart from telling the time, indicates how much time has passed since the coffee was made.

Black & Decker SDC850 SpaceMaker 8-Cup Coffeemaker with Thermal Carafe

Black & Decker high end coffee maker Whether you are short on space on the kitchen counter or just want a coffee maker that makes your morning coffee making feel like you were an astronaut, the Black & Decker SDC850 SpaceMaker is a great choice. Unlike most of the table top designs, this is a wall-mounted machine – and can be placed literally anywhere you want.

While it isn’t the first machine of its kind, this does have several benefits and extra features which make it stand out. Most noticeable are the stainless steel carafe, which certainly does its job at keeping the coffee warm for up to 5 hours, and the “delay brew” option on the backlit panel which can be useful if you like finding your morning coffee brewed just before getting up.

On a slight negative note, it can be a challenge to install the machine on the wall, but the instructions are clear on what you have to do.

Black & Decker CM1650B 975-Watt 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker with Brew Strength Selector

Black and Dekker programmable coffee machineWith its sleek and modern design (complete with futuristic blue LCD screen, and blue brewing light), this coffee machine is nothing short of being a well-balanced one. It has an average time of slightly more than 10 minutes to fill the carafe entirely, which fills 12 cups. The programmable hot plate can then keep it warm for up to 4 hours. The Black & Decker CM1650B is very quiet compared to many machines in the same price range, and remains silent even years after buying it.

Other features available in this machine include the 2-4 cup option which makes a stronger brew for less cups, and the “sneak-a-cup” option – which lets you have a cup before the brewing of the whole carafe is done. A particularly amazing benefit is that this machine doesn’t leave any droplets on the hot plate when you remove the jug to pour yourself a drink.
